WR762 rifle

We will make a video of a rifle once we have production going. Manufacturing something in Canada is not an easy task.

Once a final production model done we will release all the info. One thing I can tell you it is going to be easier to change the barrel on this model

That's awesome,I wish the barrel in my restricted czh2003 was as easy to change.

That's awesome. Are they going to be threaded like Dlask was doing for a while? Also, any chance of other calibres down the road once manufacturing issues are sorted out?

please don't make it that easy , like acr easy.
I don't mind a NR version but if it is like $3000 I will pass

Love the idea of a Canadian VZ, but I'm not sure how I feel about interchangeable barrels. Why not just keep it standard and keep the cost down?

so help me understand: other than made in Canada what is the advantage over cz/vz [8]58 series?

The fact that we might not see anymore cz's coming into Canada and the fact that csa vz's are hard to find in stock anywhere. The only advantage would be another manufacturer making vz's for the Canadian market plus the possibility of them making them with different caliber choices and interchangeable barrels in the future.

So much surplus where? I checked all of it left to Iraq and Syria. Only new production for that caliber and it has to be approved in Canada.

Some of the other importers I spoke to had it in very large quantity a few months ago when I enquired about it.its just been sitting at their "offshore" facilities,I asked for some pricing and it was told it would close to surplus 7.62.

We have to make new barrel we can't buy old barrels from CZ so why not make it better

:)

Threaded barrels are the best idea I've heard in a long time....pleaseeeeeee go with 14xLH threads though.

Has this importer brought this ammo to Canada? Was it Marstar by any chance?

Pretty sure they were talking about the method of attaching the barrel to the receiver, threaded into the receiver.
I assume the muzzle would be threaded as well though?(directed at westrifle)

Making a barrel swap easier is smart. It doesn't effect anyone who isn't going to use, makes the odd person's life much easier.
