WTK: Robinson Arms XCR

I'm curious Beltfed, what problem did you have with your XCR (I assume you actually owned one at one point) to make you so bitter towards it?

I don't own one and likely won't. I'm not bitter towards Robarms or the XCR, I just have issues with people claiming they are better than proven platforms such as the Sig (in a previous thread) and the AR (this thread). Especially when those individuals have ZERO knowledge of those platforms....

You guys love your XCRs? I think that's fantastic, all the power to you.

Yes and no. There are firearms out there that while they are certainly 'novel'; they have had extensive testing and trials. Some have been adopted by militaries and other agencies. I would be more inclined to invest in a firearm that has gone through this development as opposed to one that hasn't, and would recommend to anyone willing to heed the warning to do the same.

Bashing Rob-arms because its small also doesn't make any sense. Why don't you put some substance into your arguement instead of slinging BS everywhere.

Everyone who owns an XCR has few complaints if any and those complaints are always addressed in a prompt manner.

I don't know about the SAN rifles but I've seen quite a few pictures of the IDF with Tavors. I'd say that validates at least part of his statement.

As for the XCR, is it seeing duty with LE in the states? I saw at least one guy on a forum claim the XCR was his duty rifle.

we have many law enforcement customers. I am good friends with at least 5 of them. Our last review was *written* by a law enforcement officer.
