As the Norwegian war didn't last much longer than about 6 weeks, there isn't a lot of army kit around, especially on this side of the Atlantic. So it's taken awhile to gather. But I'm proud of my ancestry and at least they fought as best they could.
All of the clothing, ie. ski cap, tunic, pants and great coat are marked with an IR number (Infantry Regiment).
The rifle, of course, is the M1894 Lang Krag in 6.5X55. And the pistol is also a Kongsberg manufactured M1914 in 11.25mm (45ACP). The bayonet is the short issue to fit the rifle.
I believe the huge flag is naval and has a bunch moth holes, but it appears a period issue as it's linen with a jute rope.
Thought this might be a bit different for a change of pace.
