I picked up a small militaria lot at an estate auction recently. I believe the belt buckle is WWI Prussian NCO, but anyone with more knowledge if more than free to correct me. There was a men's munitions worker's badge showing that the wearer was considered exempt from military service due to being an essential worker in the production of munitions. The head-scratcher is the Imperial German eagle badge. Is it even military? Obviously, it was meant to be hung on something. A chain? A watch fob? Part of some decoration? Whatever its original purpose, it's a lovely enameled badge on copper. If anyone has seen or encountered one of these before, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks all.
