Great service.
I received 110 TTSX instead of 120 that I ordered. They promptly sent me the correct bullets, and said keep the incorrect box.
They seem to take customer service seriously. Buy from them with confidence.

Although I've only placed one order with them so far, it was prompt, as ordered, and with great communication as to the status of my order.

Made several orders there and always prompt and great to deal with. Good prices and big inventory of reloading stuff.Largest I've seen in Canada. Only minus is slow website.
 
Email them my bag of 100 brass only had 99, they forgot to subtract the weight of bag. They promptly sent me the missing brass.
Had another issue where they mistakenly market signature required resulting in no home delivery, had to pick up at post office (didn't bother to stay home), they provided discount for my hassle.

Great product/price/service, what's not to like.

PS. As to all the complaining about PAL# for viewing powder/primer. Need to give that to them anyways to order and order you will.
