X95 from g4cgunstore

I run an aimpoint T2 with magnifier and no regrets there. It's apples and oranges though depending on what you're looking for and budget. Also depends on the distances you intend to shoot most of the time. I find a red dot/ holographic combo really nice. LVPO if you intend to shoot out father more often. I Generally run Pmags and cross mags for fun but it seems to be fine with any mag I've used in it. View attachment 809663
My right eye has astigmatism so at that point i want to run a sight that will help with that, and i kinda do intend to shoot out further

I think I do as well haha, red dots look more like a star to me but still very usable, when I throw the magnifier on this goes away. Equally the LVPO takes that away too. I have a Trijicon Creedo on my T7 and I really like it. If you generally shoot out further that's the route I would probably go.

Can experiment with different dots until you find one that works with your eyes. Some dots look basically unusable for me, I've had great luck with Holosun though.

Prism sights are great too. You get some magnification (if you want it, or 1x) without extra weight/bulk

Chef, that rifle looks great. Is that paint, hydrographic or some kind of skin?

I currently have an older LPVO on my X95 but I have a Sig Romeo7 on the way, which is the poor man's CompM4. I stuck with the OEM forend but otherwise my rifle is set up essentially the same as yours.

Here's what I've figured in my limited experience.
-Factory pistol grip feels more comfortable then the cutlass
-A vertical front grip wasn't so good but a afg was a bit better.
-The thick buttpad hasn't bothered me yet.
-Pmags and metal mags all worked so far
-1.93" height for a red dot is fairly comfortable for shooting standing but going prone a lower mount was needed to be comfortable. I currently have a nikon 3x scope on it. Funny looking but it's been working.

Fun rifle.
