Chef, that rifle looks great. Is that paint, hydrographic or some kind of skin?

I currently have an older LPVO on my X95 but I have a Sig Romeo7 on the way, which is the poor man's CompM4. I stuck with the OEM forend but otherwise my rifle is set up essentially the same as yours.

Astech have the bbl wrench. I made my own from a large hex wrench. Was pretty easy to make.

In that case, here's the best advice you can get: Shoot your rifle a bunch and see if you even want anything changed at all. The X95 is actually a very good rifle right out of the box. As you run into something that gives you an issue, then you can go "what can be done to fix that?"

It's pretty rare you're going to be able to get all the parts you need from one place anyway, especially in Canada.

Well now I know i overpaid for it for 400 more instead I should have waited til more gotten in.

I was operating on old info that there is a shortage of them due to the war, but that was in 2023, and not 2024.

I know how you feel, I always advice people on here to be patient. When I see a great deal I even post it like this one. I mostly buy new now, I am on gp too but I don't need the stress spending that kind of money from a private seller with CP involved. This one will be at my front door within one week.

X95 prices fluctuate depending on the supply. The distributors seem to get a shipment every once in a while and nobody seems to know how often and how many will come in. When the dealers are sold out, the used prices go up.

$2200 is VERY low for an X95 these days. I wouldn't say you "overpaid". That a few people managed to find rifles for considerably less, just means they were lucky. That price is not the norm. An X95 for $2800 is a really good price compared to the average prices on GP.
