Crap man... I've been super careful not to click anything in the EE that says "B&T" or "APC", I didn't want to know what the prices were at. That is almost too good not to buy at...

Definitely a good way to get it at the equivalent of IOP discount + initial offering pricing.

I wish I see that few flies around my farm LOL.
Be honest we are all pretty screwed in this county with this NR non-sense, all these NR stuff are inferior compared to most decent ARs.
I am keeping some AR inventory dreaming for the day AR see freedom, but until then I grudgingly have to make do with an inventory of IWI short range plastic + CZ cold war 3MOA commie + SAN 80's tech + APC SwissRinco + soon adding the never-seen-service plastic ACR. All are slightly ok in some use cases, but all of which can be replaced by a single decent evil AR, piston or DI.
Sigh......

I remember I got my first Norc AR for under $600. decent gun but it is restricted. I had to sell it to fund my mini 14 which turned out to be a shotgun.

The trouble is as soon as manufacturers put 18.5" barrels to make it non-restricted, people automatically assume they're DMR and they'll shoot 0.5MOA all day long.

In IWI's case they use thin profile barrels, and everybody's losing their potatoes about inaccuracies. Or how they expect a longer barrel should shoot more accurately.

Lots of presumptions over what the original rifles are designed to do (Both APC & X95) and what they can do especially after meeting non-restricted regulations here in Canada.

I'm new to the Tavor game, just traded for one, but now have an older Tar21 and even though I wasn't having a great shooting day, jr. had a couple of just sub 2" groups at 100 yds with norc and Am eagle ball, good enough for a stock trigger with a spring job. It now has a Geissle trigger pack and trigger, Dry fire tells me a bit of an accuracy improvement's in the wind, I'm going to cook up some loads and see. But regardless of whether it's a tack driver or not, it's still a hoot to shoot. Does anyone up here have any aftermarket barrels for them?

^^^ this
Long barrel does not mean accurate, these rifles are civilian versions of military battle rifles and were never designed to be accurate, reliable minute of enemy is all they needed to be for the original requirements asked of them by the engineering team that designed them.

If people would stop expecting every rifle to be sub moa capable and just get off the table and shoot some run and gun 3-gun with them and get good at reloads they would be much happier with their rifles. If you want to sit at a table and shoot sub moa groups spend $1000 on a bolt action and plug away all afternoon.
