My biggest concern is that they are shipping with the US chubby butt pad.

That cheap metal mag is an HK416 mag clone. Very high quality! Correct me if I'm wrong though

I just got a Contract to tile a new subdivision. 16 Micro Units. It will make for a few long days. But the gun fund will get replenished and looking at a new quad

You're right, however better a good 5 round mag than a 5 round mag that will for sure end up in the trash. I mainly use ATR pistol mags. Never got to purchasing a beowulf.

haha makes me feel better knowing im not the only one to spend my xmas bonus on guns! Last year was my first real nice AR-15, this year is gonna be a nice pistol (in the USA, forget buying guns in canada like a chump).

I believe the thick buttpad adds somewhere between 1-1.5" in length, depending where you measure from, making for about a 15" LOP in the U.S. version.

Anyway I must say that the Canadian nonrestricted version looks great aside from the thick buttpad.
