If shooting 55gr, sure. Accuracy with most 1/7 twist rifles shooting 55gr ammo will be less impressive. That said, my KAC SR-15 only claims 2 MOA with the right ammo so if I had a X95 I'd be happy with that.

If the Tar vs Ctar is any indication, the shorter 13" barreled x95 should actually be more accurate. Must be due to harmonics, and pressures on the barrel.
