Xcr vs swiss arms..need help

PE90's good, but seriously, it's just a stamped steel rifle and is really nothing special nor the "cadillac of..." or "the best money can buy..." or "a member of the elite fraternity...". This stuff gives me a good laugh!

I couldn't agree more... It's no AR, that's for sure... :p

As usual, the XCR fanboys came out of the woodwork and took it personal.

The same can be said about the SA fanboys circle jerking it, and taking comments waaay to personal, when a simple observation is made, with regards to materials used.... :p

Once again talking to you is like talking to a wall, I never ever said the swiss dosent shoot or is junk/crap... i said its choice of material for the lower and reciever for that price range is questionable...

Actually you stated that the production method was used for cheap and flimsy firearms. You have no idea what materials were used or what their strength is. I look forward to your dropping by the range to impress me with your manual feat of strength.

Actually, thats not exactly what I said but, whatever... Its stamped steel it can only be soo strong, if it's mild steel which im sure it is, it isnt that stong..

sorry for the hijack....

Well once again, it isn't mild steel, and you are welcome to investigate that fact anytime.

You don't mean the SCAR do you?! Gross! I'd take an AR over that. I'd love to get my hands on one so I could beat the S**T out of it. FN has some bizarre design ideas.

You cant diss FN like that... they brought the world the mag 58. Have you shot a scar?
You wouldnt say that if you had.

an FNC if we could have it.... would be better than a xcr and SA

i had the opportunity to fire a sig 550(i believe that was what it was, mymemory is fuzz about the number. non restricted sig 5.56 rifle.) at the weekend gun club shoot. i didnt have my xcr to compare it to, but i did have the owners other carbine, an ar with a noveske upper, 14 inch barrel. after putting around 100 rounds through both, i was very impressed with the swiss, so much so that i would definitely buy one if the opportunity ever presented its self. they are definitly not what some would call a junk rifle
