I'm also calling best joke of the year if these rifles ever have feeding issues with Norc .223 ammo.
Fortunately, I spent very little in parts and accessories that I can't use on the T97. With that being said, all we have are a hint and a couple of pics.. We'll see what happens when NS makes the official announcement. I'm still on the CanAm waiting list
Odds are, if you didn't clear your cache or delete your browsing history and looked at the original photo's they are in your browser's temporary internet folders on your harddrive.

Thing is, it's not that the picture's are out there, as much as the dingbat gungrabbers out there taking an interest in what we talk about. At this stage in the game (no FRT, no announcement, etc.) I'd rather wait before everyone plasters CGN, ###, Wikipedia, and everywhere else with pictures for CBC, the CFGC, Ploughshares, HuffPo, CTV, etc. to go out wailing "ZOMG - inexpensive unrestricted scary machine gun assault rifle pistol grips!"
Once there's a few thousand of these in the hands of private citizens, completely untraceable, then will be the time to plaster the internets with pics.
Simply put, just like once the cat's out of the bag, there's no getting it back in. Once thousands of non-restricted rifles are in private hands, there's no practical way to confiscate them.

I see your point Harbl but I don't think it matters nearly as much as you think. And frankly if that is the issue why doesn't North Sylva chime-in and tell us what they're worried about? As it stands their reaction reads as no less than sour-grapes at having their big reveal preempted.
Guarantee these photos will be posted again by supper, if not on CGN than elsewhere. You can't stop the signal.

By supper? They were dispersed before lunch had even been finished. You can tell who only hangs out on CGN and those that have a wider subscription base on other forums.
