So I put a few more goodies on tonight. Str stock, k2 grip, qd buffer plate, qd rail mount. I tried to put a bad lever on it but the upper where it angles out is to wide so the bolt release is held part way out. This causes the bolt to some what catch but that ok I will put it on another ar.

does anyone even sell those up here?
Hexmag store ships to Canada from what I can tell. I'm still waiting on my XCR-M mags so maybe I'll order a couple and see if they work. I'm assuming they're similar to the P Mag?

Does the stock collapse fully on the 102 or no? If not can you get the approximate LOP on the lowest setting (me and my short arms don like LOP's over 13",im sure im fine)

I threw on a CTR, fully collapsed is about 8.25". Pics are measured from the rear of the tube plate.
The beginning. I am going to attempt to swap handguards/barrel nuts, why? Because of reasons.

I opted for ODG but yea I thought I was going to be getting a black one. Yes she is. She appears to be very well made. Now for range testing
I should add as well that the trigger is not bad at all. Once I get the grit out of it I think it will be perfect. Maybe I got lucky? Either that or you guys are a bunch of whiners

My trigger got better after 300-400 rounds and a few cleanings and re-lubrications, but it still is stagey and way too heavy for target shooting
Which handguard did you get? Thought I saw you mention Midwest Industries?

It's an Armalite free float handguard. SSG9 was nice enough to give me a good deal on it.
Just got a little brother for my futur FDE 102.
They will be good looking together,
I plan on putting on a MOE grip and probably run my friends ar optics for a while, on the 102.
when I'm rich again I will upgrade to something 16xish vortex milrad turrets \ reticle.
