i asked maple ridge armory if they plan on building barrels for this platform
their response was: no immediate or future interest

i was like, really? that was a weird response, but anyways, some people have a hard time catching a bag full of cash

my motto is: if people are buying, I want to be the one selling

but cant expect everyone to be like me...

Now Ive bought two noveske barrels from Armtac, not cheap, but no problems or drama either. My bucket is full of 102 drama these days

Keep us posted on what you find for a barrel as I may be selling off my stock BCL parts aside from the upper/lower at a discount and doing a full build also. Figured I might as well since I'm already 2/3rds the way there already.

spoke to atrs the other day and they want $850 for a lija barrel. estimated lead time is 3 months becuase they dont have blanks in stock.

$850... good lord.

The Fulton 18.5 LW and Medium barrels are excellent. Criterion's chrome application method gives you the benefits of chrome with the accuracy of stainless. If Astech can't get you one quick, it didn't take long for Prophet River to do the cross border shipping for me. 5 weeks or so?

Or between my current 102, upcoming receiver set and SLR I can justify the $250 for an export permit from Brownells for a few barrels.
