Your opinion: Sig P320RX or Canik TP9SFX
So I’m moving to red dot sights due to old eyes.
I love my CZ 75B New Edition, but don’t want to deface it with a dovetail adapter and elevated red dot, I prefer something that fits in the slide.
I’ve looked at lots of options, (don’t like glocks – nothing against them, just not the fit for me and S&W hasn't released a C.O.R.E V2.0 yet) and narrowed it down to Sig P320RX or Canik TP9SFX with a Vortex Viper red dot. Both are virtually identically priced.
As far as I can tell from reviews, the Canik comes with more goodies, a longer barrel and a great trigger whereas the Sig is, well, a Sig! No doubt better quality and the Romeo 1 optic is factory installed / warrantied, but it's not designed as a "sport gun".
Use is mainly 25 yard slow fire target right now, but wouldn’t rule out IPSC or IDPA in the future.
