It's not the greatest site but it's set up in the same way that their business is. A production line type model, if you will. You have to know what you're looking for before going into the store. Just like you have to know what you're looking for in order to find it on their website. Neither are designed for the casual browser. Which isn't the best IMO but not hard to live with. I bought a gun from them (ordered off their website) 11 days ago. Ordered it in the middle of the night. The order was processed and ready to go on the delivery truck by 8:45 the following morning. Not bad if you ask me.

So yeah OP, I used to drink and post too. Don't feel bad about it. Happens to us all.

I stopped visiting the Epps site altogether after they switched their site format to the status quo.

Also, I can't be bothered to email for pictures only to find out the gun sold five minutes after I sent my request. It's my loss really, because all my previous dealings with them were outstanding. I simply just got too frustrated having numerous milsurps sold before I could even see the pictures. I understand new guns don't really require pictures, but it's a minimum requirement with most milsurp!

I indeed miss the old website as well. I have had really good luck getting pics from them in a timely fashion, but I haven't tried it with really popular used stuff that everyone will be looking for.

I don't drink and surf Epps' website because I'd be broke when I woke up and wondering where all these guns are coming from that are being delivered to my house. That place is crack cocaine...

Epps, I mean; not my house.

Thats the problem why take pictures of something to post on the web wen 5 minutes after it is sold sight unseen or in store. That is wasted time on the part of the pic taker.

Epps website is difficult at best, ok if you know exactly what you are looking for. I consider a website as visiting a store, I have money but don't know what I want, so I wander around till I find something I like. Almost impossible to do on their present site. I have bought my fair share of goods online but nothing in a long while cause it is a pain in the azz to find stuff there.

To the spelling a and grammar police lighten up already This is Gunnutz not English 10

What is websight?
AHAHAHA! I saw the title and came for the comments!

PS. Tried search function on their website and it worked fine. Do you spell right when you search?

I think he was searching for Sig Sauer.

Mioryder, try to put "sig sauer" instead of "sick sour". You will get a better result.
LOL...

You're intelligence suckz.
Awesome, only if the misuse of "you're" was intentional :p

Epps website is something directly out of 1996.

Like something you would browse on your Commodore 64 with a dial-up modem.
dude, you had a commodore 64 in 1996? joke's on you!

sorry I couldn't help myself...good way to kill the morning coffee. the site is not that bad...the caliber selection is weird, and pictures are minor, you can search for an image of a gun if you don't already know what it looks like. It's definitely not for window shoppers. window browsers? lol, nvm

Much easier using the advanced search to browse. Looking for lever gu s user. Cue in the search and browse the wares. Want a bolt in 223 plug that in put in a price range to.

Once you play on it a bit it is not that hard. The basic firearms listing is a pain and not the greatest. But if you use the advanced search it becomes easy.

Yeah I sold my Commodore 64 last year.

The guy who bought it used it to make the Epps website.

Nice burn.

The Epps website is good if you are looking for something reasonably specific, actually the more you know about what you want the better it is.

If you just want to "look for stuff" I suppose it could be a bit overwhelming.

OP seems a bit upset. The site ain't a work of art but it ain't horrendous. I think the changes that would make it better would include a dynamic home page with sales and specials, pictures to be included with the firearms and the calibre menustrip to change in order to include actual calibre dimensions instead of game type. Anyways, you are not to post while under the influence anymore .. Unless you are able to recite the alphabet backwards while being chased by a group of hungry Beliebers... the most aggressive of game.

You know speaking of websites that suck "ahem" I feel like I'm back in 1994 every time i stop by CGN lol you know the majority of people under 78 don't have computers anymore right lol why can't we have a mobile version of this site. Woohoo haha

Give the time to improve their website? Epps should take a look at Reliable gun's website. Theirs use to suck too. Now look at it.
