All the rifles that the OP mentions have 20" bbls except the Ruger with 16.5".The Remington 700 youth comes with stock spacers to be added as needed.
I bought one in 7-08 and the recoil with factory 140g is very, very, snappy due to the light weight and short 20" bbl
I would never give it to a youth as a first rifle with factory loads, way to much recoil.
