590A1 - Why the wait?

I have found it rather strange lately that with all the mag cap limits people are trying to find ways to legally increase mag limits; extension tubes or by using mags from other guns etc. But when it comes to a shotgun making it hold less somehow makes it worth way more? unreal. I think not. Im with st1264 on this.
And for that money, I think my Fabarm was only $900 and its a better gun, hands down.

The aspect of a short barrel shotgun doesn't really do anything for me.
I mean, they typically kick harder and are less accurate.
Plus, they primarily excell for SD and HD, which I can't use it for always, unless we're talking bears that is. But, they look cool, so there's always that...

Also useful this time of year, and the next month or so, knocking down gopher mounds when you can catch 4 or 5 of them sticking their heads out of the same hole. But a 12.5" Grizzly for half the price covers that just fine.

Just sayin'.

Has anyone tried this shotgun with that adjustable stock? I've read that it is a Tapco... wondering if the Tri-Rail is worth the premium due to having this stock. Tapco T6 for Mossberg:

On an 870, sure but, with the location of the safety on a 590, not so much.

Because they're fun. Shooting stuff up on crown land close range, etc.

Yeah if you think so I guess. I can do that with my regular tacticals too. I don't think a shorter barrel makes it any more fun. Equal I'd say. Mainly its the allure and cool factor that draws people to them. Maybe one day I'll catch that bug and get one.
