I had a terrible experience with them especially when trying to pick up my package. I filed a complaint with Canpar.
Guys, get yout stuff shipped at your work address, not at home. No matter who's delivering, if you work during the day, this makes things at lot easier.
I live in Vancouver and have never ordered from Canada Ammo or Budget Shooter Supply because they both ship via Canpar. I would like to support these two great local businesses but I don't want my package returned to sender because I work during the day and Canpar employees are incompetent.
Why can't they just leave it at the door if I sign off on the thing.
I left instructions on the note with the code to my front door and told him go in and open package, clean the gun, sight in in for 50 yards and put it away in my safe. Oh, I had him let my dog out and fill my wood bin too while he was there. No issues at all.
I guess I just have a good driver.
Ship firearms and ammunition to my work adress?
Here's a new one...
Take the day off, Canpar doesn't even show up!
Well I've had it.
Sorry to say this but Canam has lost my business over this crackhead company they use to deliver...
I paid an extra $10 to have the package shipped to my parents place, It left barrie terminal 5 days ago (1 hour drive away) and they cannot find it now.....everytime i call them they tell me something different.....First it was delievered and signed....then they werent sure.....Then its in Mississauga.....Now they have NO IDEA where it is.....2 days of them suppost to call me back.....NEVER get a call back, I always have to call them and go through the saaaaaame process all over again.
Next step is I call the police and tell them they have lost my two firearms. I'm at my wits end with these yahoo's.....
