So I got me this Grizzly MAG and made a rail foreend for it.
I didn't have a front pistol grip, so my buddy said I could have one of his cheap grips from his airsoft guns. Obviously, I was expecting the thing to break, and it did after a few boxes. It was fun enough while it lasted, and it also ate a Browning Buckmark sight.
At this point, I took the stock off, shooting it as a pistol grip only, like a pistol. Then I ordered an Ergo grip from DS Tactical (great shop, great service, I love DS Tactical), and I slapped it on, after putting a Meprolight on the gun. The Meprolight mounting screws stripped after a few boxes, and the Ergo grip failed spectacularly after two of these shells, picture related. By "spectacularly", I mean the gun blew right off the grip and gave my nose a lovetap. Thankfully, the gun wasn't injured, and my face is just as ugly as it was before. After that, I kept shooting it like a pistol in an isosceles stance to let my mitts deal with 3" magnum 2oz turkey load recoil.
I think I'll stick with iron sights, and machine an aluminum front pistol grip.
This gun is just a little too intense for most accessories.
