I finally decided, my 1911 on steroids is a Coonan 357 mag....

110 gr bullets and a full load of Power Pistol make a volley ball sized flash out of my 4" S. Six. I'm not sure if the extra inch will tame that to the point of boring though.

I reloaded for many years ( 20 years), i just dont feel like it no more, today, i was in town ( Baron) and i bought 300 rounds of Winclean 110 gr and 300 rounds of UMC 125 gr and i got a good price , reloading i do for top accuracy load in 308... JP.

It did not spark interest and the 357 mag is a very iconic caliber, it was a no brainer, reloading got boring with time and since you can buy such quality factory fodder like Lapua, HS, Nosler, Federal GM, Hornady Match...
I just stock up in all calibers and am always ready to go shoot... JP.
