Holosun HS403c "Review"

I cant find any info on how big the tube is . How does the FOV compare to the Bushnell TRS-25 as I have a couple of those and they work well.

Having the Holosun and the original Aimpoint side by side just need no talking, quality is differenciable... But for one third of the price the Holosun is a viable solution...JP.

T1 is waterproof up to 25 meters with working temp from -45° to +71° C. I'm almost certain the Holosun are not rated to these extremes (IP67 rating which is dust proof and up to 1 meter submerged) but how often will you shoot under water or at -30C?

I am thinking of going with the other model Hopelite has with the choice of a circle dot. I like the flip down lens covers.

Really? Cause side by side I couldn't tell any difference in quality

I'll be picking up a Holosun in the near future myself. A guy on YouTube used it to play fetch with his German Sheppard and then froze it in a block of ice overnight before laying in on a concrete floor and hammering it out, the thing was still going unaffected and still holding zero.

I'm not going to Afghanistan that I'm aware of and these sorts of tests are 99.9% more abuse than optics will likely see with any owner, especially me. At 1/3 the cost it's a no-brainer, I'm aware of QC issues with Chinese products but buy with utmost confidence after I've done my research, this isn't my grand dad's China anymore.

The Holosun mounts, how many sections of rail do they cover? I'm looking at alternative mounts and am curious.

There was also another youtube video of a guy from Sword Academy who after firing one with it mounted on his Tavor outside and putting water over it, the next day the lense was completely fogged and he had to return it to PA. This is for one of the new solar ones.

There are pictures on my first post that should give you a fairly good idea at what it covers. They also fit in all T1/H1 mounts apparently but I have no need to get one as it comes with 2.
