NEA Issues *WARNING*

Still haven't learned yet. Time is money , with all the time you wasted with that junk you could have bought a good rifle and be worry free. Are you waiting for it to blow up in your face before you decide it's junk.?

Oh, and can someone confirm whether bolts are made in-house, as mentioned by another poster? Not that it should matter as NEA or any other manufacturer is responsible for the end product and should be QC'ing the whole process anyhow.
 
Man I've been following this thread right through the updates. Total disaster, I find this hard to believe, but there it is, disaster after disaster. Chipping like that.. damn, and the bolt, look at the bolt, what the hell. OP you have a lot of patients with all this back and forth, plus posting here. At what point with NEA just swap your whole damn gun and quadruple check the QC?

deagle2008, just send this rifle back for a refund. The crap you have put up with so far is not what should have happened. There is no shame in giving up on this rifle at this point. Get rid of this thing before you get a serious failure and the damn thing spontaneously dissasembles itself and takes bits of your body with it.
 
Thanks everyone. I'm a handyman so I usually try to fix issues my self and I dont complain much and have learned that patients usually helps. Meehh I guess not this time

I once had an NEA. Around the 1500 round mark it began burst firing. Contacted NEA, got blamed on a faulty LPK. After getting a replacement trigger group I put another couple hundred rounds through it before the bolt sheared a lug and a half. Got a replacement bolt and put another thousand rounds or so through it, but by that point I'd kind of soured on the whole gun and wound up selling it for cheap.
 
UPDATE: Ryan is the man again and he has offered a full refund or exchange for another AR. What do you guys think of the TROY M7 PDW Kit FREE SHIPPING!???
