Yes, the end of February has passed, so I asked for an update yesterday. As soon as I hear back, I'll let you know.
(European guns must go to a "proof house" before being sold - that's those little stamps on the frame - it apparently shows that the guns won't blow up in their current state when tested)

Ok, so there were a couple guns last week that didn't pass inspection, (not proof house, Tanfo's QA) so they're re-doing them this week and Tanfoglio says they are shipping next week.
On the bright side, they're catching up - the April Shipment came in November, (7 months late) this time the December shipment is coming in March. (only 3 months late)
With luck, the May shipment will be right on time.

AC AWB: 014-#########X 376kg received by Air Canada Cargo in MXP on April 1.
The shipment due in December is officially en route.

That's a heavy Box, 376 kg of precious metal. I guess that there are many of us waiting for something special.

Spread over 16 boxes, actually and Yep - there's a big bunch!
It's here, transfers are rolling, people are being contacted as needed, etc. We hope to have touched everyone's orders by the end of the week.
If you haven't been contacted and want to get hold of us, go right ahead.
But If you placed your order through a dealer, contact the dealer. We don't discuss anyone's orders except with the person that we are selling to directly.
Please keep in mind that this shipment is the one that was promised for delivery in December, the shipment promised for delivery in late April is still scheduled, but since the last three Tanfoglio shipments have been delayed, I expect it to be too. On the bright side, Tanfoglio is getting closer to hitting their estimates - last year's April shipment arrived in November - 8 months delayed - the December shipment arrived in April - 4 months delayed. I expect this delay to be less again. I'll know more at the end of the month.
