This .22LR shortage is starting to piss me off.

You know what really kills me I was at wholesale sports last winter Regina and I thought no I don't want to pay that much for bricks of federal Target ammo. Now I'm paying the same price for Remington thunderbolt crap. Oh well at least I've got enough to keep me shoot until the end of the summer but then what?
 
i believe this whole B.S shortage is all the fault of our southern neighbor's.... they have a tendency to be greedy, overindulgent pigs. someone whispers shortage and they all run each other, bashing one another over the heads to see who can fill a shopping cart the quickest, and stuff as many crates into every crevice they can find on their property. And heck, some of them prolly don't even own 22's...... its sick.

if everyone only bought what they actually needed, NEEDED. there would be plenty to go around for everyone. but thats not the American Way. ;-(

And we Canadians are behaving no differently. At least I haven't been.
 
I rather have more than I need... This way I will never run out...

If you bought a brick for less than $4, I'll buy it from you at double what you paid. A brick (500 rounds) $8
 
CT sometime codes bricks and boxes the same.
So if your lucky and someone who didnt finish high school put the ammo out. You might end up paying a box cost for a brick.
Its happend to me and not just ammo.
Floor jacks were on sale. Got help carring out a $280 jack on sale for 34.50 tax in.
 
Was at wholesale in West Kelowna tonight they had reams of 555 wildcat $34.99and federal target 325 $25.No limit. Nice too see full shelves again.They also have a weekend promo spend $250 get $25 off,500 75 off 750 125 off.
