is it any good?
or do you get what you pay for
good to know
I would like to get into the ar world but really don't feel like spending a ton of money, that I don't have.
whats the accuracy like?
I have a norc 1911 that had terriblr accuracy (some time and money at the gun smith fixed that though)
My buddy bought one a month ago and has run about 500 round through it so far including a CQB training weekend and it ran flawlessly. The trigger was a little gritty but after a polish it was GTG. No issues, stoppages or FTEs. Great deal for the money so far.
I use mine for CQB / Multigun as well...Run it pretty hard and have had no FTE's / stoppages yet (2500-3000 rounds)...Accuracy wise, it's at least as good as I am...
For +/- $550, it's a good deal. And you can treat it badly and not worry...Sorta the bush gun / truck gun of the AR world.
Ya I'm probably going to order one from marstar .
the only problem is my wife will be the one who answers the door when it gets delivered.
I"m a firm believer in the "its easier to ask for forgiveness then it is permission" saying. LOL
You'll most likely be picking it up at the post office, not getting it delivered (Canada Post delivers firearms, but won't deliver ammo. Courier companies will deliver ammo, but not firearms. Makes sense, don't it)
At least you won't have to call for an STATT anymore if you already have an LTATT.
I don't know about that I ordered a 1911 from them and the delivery guy asked if I live here she said ya and he handed her the pistol in a box of course.
she has no licence
and when I came home from work it was sitting on the kitchen island waiting for me.
same thing happened with my sks
