Swiss arms / SAN rifles FAQ

So, my question is, when will someone start producing the lowers for the Sig Black Special to take AR mags, but retaining the original folding stock from the rifle. To be honest I have both the standard stock and collapsible stock from Swiss arms and I like them a lot.

Swiss arms already does. SG553-US.

I don't know if they sell the lower separately.

The US produced one is considered a 550 variant, however if one was made in Canada presto-changeo legal in Canada.

The SG553- US is not US produced it is made by Swiss Arms. The only variant that is US produced is the 556 clone by Sig Sauer because of Billy Clintons import ban of 1994. They cannot import foreign semi auto firearms which includes anything Swiss Arms.

Canadian manufacturer North Eastern Arms made an aluminum lower for the Swiss Arms rifles that accepts AR magazines at one point. Some guys here have them on their rifles. Also the lower is just a part, it has nothing to do with classification, not regulated. Unlike the AR series, on most other rifles the upper is the actual firearm Swiss Arms rifles included.

If anyone was still curious about how to adjust the trigger to reduce the sponginess, I just made a video about it.

If you adjust the trigger properly, you can get a nice crisp two-stage trigger with no creep.
