Man new Ruger QC suck. Surpised crooked D&T holes UPDATE

The system doesn't work if you don't. I know I would never deal with a guy who has so grossly misrepresented what he was selling. If it had been an honest mistake, he'd have tried to make it right, not quote the Privacy Act.

Well we couldnt find the ad anymore it was gone from the system. So who know, No proof, well best to leave nothing. The miss drilled you only would notice if you put the rail on. so IF you never put the rail on because it was still in the factory package sealed then HOW would you know it was crooked. With the grub screws quick glace its straight but its not.

So leave it to what it is. Now to leave it with Ruger. Hopefully get back to me tomorrow.

It Wouldn't hurt to ask if they will replace the gun/receiver. Send an email to Karla with pics.

She actually got back to me this morning..I gotta say dealing with Ruger so far been great. I mean Snapshots got a hold of me over the weekend and Karla just this morning.

I got no worry that they are not going to make it right. Just how fast I will be w/o my new toy.

Still got a good deal way below retail ( Target model 375 shipped with 3 mags ). I'm pretty passive and let things slide. I cannot find the ad anymore to catch him. I was shocked when he got into privacy act, that he cannot say. So then I knew it was used. So I took it apart and found out. One of those NEW to him, but NOT new. I don't believe in the trading system anyways. Always more then what can be put in the generic.

This is exactly how both my 22/45 came new. They only polish the area that shows in the ejection port.
 
Well I want to know the process or how long it will take. Where still on the back and forth. I dont even have the reg card for it yet. Since I won't accept anything but a new straight drilled receiver.

The problem I had was a defective Samson folding front sight. Looking back on my emails to Karla, I first sent an email to her on 11/10/2014 and received the new sight on 12/03/2014. So basically 3 weeks for me. Replacing the receiver will be a lot longer because Snap Shots will have to do the repair when they receive the part from Ruger.
 
She just asked for the s/n and where I'm located.

I expect in the next couple days I can start to have it sent back. To start the process.
 
Was told to send it back. So trying to get a ST ATT to take it to the post office tomorrow. They need to inspect it.

So started this Friday. And Last night worked the rest of the details out. Quite impressed at how fast dealing with them was.
 
Its been since the 21st of July ( when they received the Ruger at snapshots ) and last time I heard on Aug 3rd, still hasn't been looked at. I emailed Aug 17th and still no contact, 21st and nothing.

I'm going to contact Ruger because no contact back is worrying me. Considering they signed for it, I asked them to confirm they had it and they told me no. So they had to go look for it to say yes we actually have the firearm.
 
I called then on the 26th of August because they stopped responding back to emails and I got that they are replacing it and waiting for one to come from Ruger. Now its the 23rd of Sept and still nothing. I haven't heard anything about transferring it back to them, or anything saying to transfer to me. Its been 2 months. Cant say I'm all that impressed.
 
After frustration with snap shots INC ( Lack of answers, lack of communication ) I contacted Ruger about snap shot INC ability to be a warranty center. Basically getting no communication to whats going on, or no answers. I called snap ####s today and asked whats the status of the replacement and I got don't know. I asked any time line? when it comes. Great. Its been a month since last contact.

I just happened to get a email from Ruger that my replacement has been ordered it should be in the Oct shipment to the distributor. So I might see it Nov, Since Ruger will ship a new one to distributor because snapshops cannot export anything. Theyre just a useless middleman shop. Then distributor to Snapshots. Paperwork. Then firearm transfers, Then shipping to me.
 
Oct 22nd and still nothing. OMG snap shots sent me a email back... First one they replied back in the 21st of JULY... I mean its a waste of long distance mins calling them because wont give me answers. So I inquired to see if the replacement arrive that Karla at ruger said she ordered on the 28th. All I got was NO.
 
Nov 5th I get a email. Snap shop received the replacement Ruger and asking for my info to transfer over the new. By time Transfer is approved and shipping I should get it at end of the month.
