Suddenly, all these 'deals' on possibly blemished IURs....

For $559. it's a damn attractive price indeed. At that price I could drink that kool-aid and blems wouldn't bother me so long as she functions. Hmmmmm, new winter jacket or IUR. Spring is around the corner, right? lol

I wouldn't say that, CC seems to have caught a lot of suckers and continues to do so on a regular basis.. Then again so did the vendors with the Tavor, Type 97, XCR and ACR.

Not the best plan with a chf barrel. Get a daniel defense or bcm barrel. There is nothing mythical magic about cc barrels, owning two cc uppers and having put rounds in both I can report they are excellent, but no magic sauce in them that makes them shoot 0.25 moa. There are plenty of quality (no nea fanboys down, sit.) 10.5" chf barrels out there
 
These prices are norinco territory. I don't care about all the talk of colt playing games on supply etc. truth is these are canadian made, military contract, the Americans can't get them. Guys this is an exclusive product, support the dealers and canadian jobs. The we can all brag to our Yankee cousins how good they are and how good we are at making ar's. Maybe colt could expand their civil product lines with enough support from us.

PSA's FN made CHF barrels...yes, I'm a fanboy...excellent for the price.
 
LOL, just to put things in perspective... FFS why not just enjoy the low price while it is available? I'm going to put this on my Norc and shoot the #### out of it (with Norc ammo too, bite me), and I'll enjoy each and every shot!!!

A real DMR is in 308!! Already have those in my collection! :p They too shoot like laser beams.

I can understand wanting one for the collection and with them being very accurate. Cold hammer forged barrel. Much like the FN bolt action rifle. Could yield excellent accuracy. Will be interesting when they come out.

This could however be the selling of old stock to make way for new CC/D stock thats rumored to come out before Jan SHOT show...
