7.62x39 Bushmaster ACR

I resolved the wobbling barrel issue by doing mostly that, but I didn't hear clicks. I turned it clockwise only a tiny bit and it was already tight. I've never actually removed the barrel completely, but it's good to hear from guys with more experience that it won't lose zero.

If you fold the handle down all the way you can see it depress the ratchet lock, if you fold it too far down it won't click as you tighten as that disengages the ratchet so you can loosen the nut.
Lock the bolt back and remove the barrel, it's all captured so nothing will fall out. then just slip it back in and with the handle folded down to just before it presses the ratchet thing turn it clockwise, you should hear it clicking until it can't tighten any more then fold the handle back up against the barrel and you're done. It's really easy and it's nice for cleaning the bore and gas system.
If you don't clean the gas system often the regulator gets hard to remove so I pull mine apart every couple hundred rounds.

Tavor has a proven track record, is easier to carry, and is way better balanced.

I also have way more trigger time with it and know it inside out. Ive broken more parts then I would like to admit while taking it appart... lol...

PRS2 stock showed up today, :) Still waiting on my scope

In my experience the only way to survive most military courses is to be as drunk as possible as much as possible, sobering up only in time to be at work and remaining sober through the work day.

I lost 25 lbs on my 3s this summer. Nothing to do but work out and run at the gym. The chow hall provides enough options to eat healthy enough, got in the best shape of my life this summer.

Saved a ton of money since I was nowhere near any gun shops, didn't even visit the local Cabelas because I didn't know anyone with a car willing to drive me out there, plus my name was in pink so I didn't have access to EE, lol!

It was a good summer for me, but do I want to go on another course? Not for a while, lol!

You can buy a lot of guns and ammo with the money you would otherwise spend on booze.

25 pounds? i could sure lose 20, the wife would love that!

1 week left on my 6A's. I Saved enough money for a Nightforce SHV for my ACR. So when I get back I will test it out and see if its accurate enough to justify the new scope. If its not up to my expectations it will be on EE... LoL
