I'm sure when you bought your last vehicle, you shopped around for the highest price so that the dealer could maximize their profit. Smart move keeping auto dealers from going out of business. Buy Canada! Yay!
i have been waiting a long time for those to come , i will be grabbing one of these for sure , haven make my mind on witch model , i dont understand why people are complaining soo much about it ,
nobody is forcing you to buy it at a 1000$ if you dont like it , even if those would have been a few hundred more i would grab one the same things

Most of us that want this rifle already have Vz's 
that were purchased a long time ago... lol...
I paid 1000$ for a Rasheed and 750$ for a Vz52/57 and 400$ for a SKS-D and 300$ for a Vz858 in the last 2 years

I've heard this before. Anyone remember the FAMAE SG-542 rifles? TI was first to advertise (at an absurd price). ERE was first to market by nearly a year and even though they also gouged, they did so far less than TI who had to lower their unreasonable price targets just to compete.
If I had to guess, I'd bet TI will not be first to market. Past performance IS indicative of future performance much of the time, in my experience.

I won't be. When I bought my CZ-858 it came with 4 mags, pouch, cleaning kit, bayonet, a folding stock AND a full parts kit. Grand total of $850.
I want one of these, but at $1000 for a Chinese Rifle, I'll wait till an original owner gets bored with it and get it either cheaper, or with more accessories.

If there were no customers/consumers the businesses wouldn't be open , chicken and the egg type thing. We need each other its not one sided either way.
Its not really complaints but its alot of money for what it is.
Unless it shoot better than a CZ/VZ I don't think how its gonna be better.

Lets take as an example the GSG STG44. Everyone wanted one because it looks cool.
Two weeks after they came in, alot of people were re-selling it.
Why ? Its not that they are bad rifles but there is other rifles in the same price range that does the same job and in most cases, does a much better job.
People who kept them, its mainly because of the look.
I guess the same thing can happen with the Type-81, unless its a much better rifle than I think it is.

Lots of us dont live near good stores that actually stock cool guns. Island Outfitters on the island is a prime example of a store with nothing to offer except high prices...

No joke, I picked one up right out of the box at a buddy's shop, moved the rear sight and the e-clip on it snapped and the sight fell right off the gun. Junk junk junk.
Yes. I do. And I'll believe TI in q3 if they ship rifles. They've over promised and undelivered too many times for me to believe that date.
Actually I buy domestic, generally. And I shop around for the lowest price like a normal person.
Well I hope you are right. I want one sooner than later, and I really hope they will be less, but I just don't know how realistic of an expectation that is.
