All 455's are 11mm full stop. Measure your rings.
Don't think he can measure. Measure the width of the top of the gun's dovetail will end this discussion.
Measuring rings will be out of the realm for his measuring.

Google cz 455 3/8 takes you to cz site with a 455 with 3/8 dovetail
Copy and past from the cz usa web page
"Q: “What rings do I need for my rimfire rifle?”
A: All 455s have 11mm dovetails. Beyond that, the dovetails might be 11mm or 3/8″ depending on whether the platform was developed for the US market or the European market. The foolproof way to tell is to take a measurement. ⅜″ dovetails will measure 0.5″/12.7mm at the top/widest part of the dovetail. 11mm dovetails will measure 0.433″/11mm at the top/widest part."

But did you see the 455 with 3/8s post?
The CZ 455 American is a high quality rimfire rifle designed for the U.S. market. The American model is true to the lines of the classic American sporter style rifle. Made without sights, the top of the receiver is machined with a 3/8” wide dovetail groove for mounting standard rimfire dovetail mounts. The CZ 455 American comes with a 5 round polymer magazine with an option to buy a 10 round magazine. The safety is located above the rear of the bolt and provides a positive firing pin block.
From czub yes I know it is wrong though. They are all machined with 11mm. If you have a ⅜ one is it the only one.

Thank you. I currently own a Savage Mark 2 but the wood leaves something to be desired. Thinking about upgrading to the CZ.
I'll take a look again when I'm home. All I remember was the leupold 11mm did not work at all on mine. The rings looked totally cockeyed and would not even tighten up properly
Once again stop talking about the sad story with your rings the question at hand is what size is the 455 dovetail slot and nothing else.
I will order you a 3/8" dovetail mount for a 455 from here just tell me where it is. https://www.diproductsinc.com/Products.aspx?CAT=4268 "LOL" Now that shouldn't to difficult.
What was the Leopold ring set part #?

Hey just me or do you come off as a huge ####? Lol
Where is your shop?
Just measured it and I'll admit it is 11mm. Not sure why the leupold rings (# 54234 11mm high) don't fit worth a crap. I found a spare set of them I had in the drawer and evened tryed them to refresh my memory. Same issues. Would not suggest these rings as the 3/8 worked without issue

I had the wooden stock crack after 3 months.
I have burris and leupold 11mm both fit great.
Never broken a wood stock every.
