Haha, maybe NS made a mistake and wrote Purolator instead of Loomis.... And maybe he gave a Loomis account number when mentioning Purolator.... LOL

Yup, the counter-response is pretty juicy, changes light on things, but also decontextualized. We shall see I guess
 
Ok so OP is a difficult client, things re: shipping back got messed up, OP offered a refund but so PO'd at this point he refuses and now we are on post 112. Tune in next week for more disgruntled warranty clients which sounds reasonable as there are a number of legitimate threads about strange goings on respecting NS warranty work.

I imagine NS will respond. But really, as this drama unfolds, there are problems with EE. Not the system but the users. For example, why did KDizzle (sp?) delete all his posts in the thread he started re: busted sunglasses? If he got a satisfactory resolution why not post that? Or was there something sinister lurking underneath?
 
Take the refund, done. Or go full retard with cutting your nose to spite your face BS. Dumb and Dumber. Some folks just don't like the KISS solution.
 
An interesting thread.

I have doubt that dealers are actively looking to screw customers, especially in the economy we've experienced this past year or two.

Since this has been made public, I don't feel comfortable enough to say NS is a bad company because clearly everything hasn't been made public - or OP fabricated some things. Either way, a response from NS will be interesting.
