Ok so OP is a difficult client, things re: shipping back got messed up, OP offered a refund but so PO'd at this point he refuses and now we are on post 112. Tune in next week for more disgruntled warranty clients which sounds reasonable as there are a number of legitimate threads about strange goings on respecting NS warranty work.
I imagine NS will respond. But really, as this drama unfolds, there are problems with EE. Not the system but the users. For example, why did KDizzle (sp?) delete all his posts in the thread he started re: busted sunglasses? If he got a satisfactory resolution why not post that? Or was there something sinister lurking underneath?
