I don't think they would even bother to restart up or even do a new production run unless it was in the 10's of thousands of rounds. They still have lots on 7.5x55mm GPMG's in service and Stgw.57's (which was in Swiss army service until the mid 1990's) in reserve war stock that they need to have a ready supply of reliable ammo for.
I would think a production run would be at least a million rounds?
Are they still Berdan primed?

Local store sells them $320 for a case, but they don't ship.
