Once in a lifetime James River opportunity!

It was $260 per case in 2013, I'm guessing the current three bills price is based on a $400 current valuation, at a 25% discount.

Two days ago regular price was actually 369.99 on sale for 299. Now its regular price 399 still on sale for 299

Our standard rate on these has been $39.99 a box for a while now, but we do normally offer a 10% break on case lots, ($359.99) which has been bumped to a full 25% to $299.99 for this deal

Not many, down to last couple left on second phase, haven't counted them out in a bit.

Not today, likely early next week

Apologies if I missed it, but is it possible to request one with a NEW barrel(Criterion?), rather than the vintage military one?

They already said that wasnt possible. However it would be nice if wanstall imported a bunch of criterion barrels. I would probably buy one if the price was right and keep it for a swap in a few years if i ever shoot out the original barrel

Most likely because these don't have new barrels

I guess this is the case, for me at least.

I would prefer to have a brand new barrel since it's not really a rifle with a 'history', if you know what I mean, but rather one that's been completely rebuilt, even if it is by James River.

Thanks for the responses to my question.

Almost all the garands out there are arsenal rebuilt at least once. The few that aren't are in museum or in the hands of very wealthy collectors
