PO boxes are OK. The issue is with ppl waiting outside empty homesSometimes this isn't possible for those of us living in towns that only have PO Boxes. As a general rule, it helps with the vendor protection.

No we pay the huge fees because 80% of customers want to pay with cards. We have considered offering a discount for EMT equal to the fee, around 2%All of us spend a ton of money to process CC's and the systems they make us use are there to protect from fraud... or at least it should. If the CC companies are going to continually dump on the retailer whenever there is a fraud event, what incentive does the retailer have to pay and then risk getting screwed????
Aren't the massive fees we pay in part to cover ourselves of a loss?
I am very interested to learn how this resolves itself.
Jerry
EMT is always an option but many customers want to use their credit cards for the air miles and delayed pay back option. We are trying to be as fair as possible to the vast number of honest customers and not penalize them for the crimes of a few. Phil.
Timely thread. We just got a charge back from NOVEMBER for $870. Looks like it was delivered to an empty house in Mississauga

Hate to say it, a lot of organized crime comes from QC
even an EE transaction makes me shiver from QC
Yes, it was, but I see no way to look into it further as no one in the sytem caresWas it signature required, if so might want to look into who the driver delivered it too, and for how much
I don't trust anything in Quebec as far as I can throw it. There's only so many places to sell a $3k scope, I'll keep an eye out!
Thats a gross generalization. C'mon
