If you do more than one, get the AAC black out wrench tool. Works like a charm on surefire 3 prong as well.

mine did not come with any installation tool, just the FH, Shims and some rockset. bought it brand new.
took a photo of both, both com up to the 900m BDC reticle so virtually no difference in FOV obstruction at 1X. the Dbal is a thinner unit with a taller mount and the ATPIAL is a thicker unit with a lowpro mount.

for that picture both were mounted just forward of middle. just about enough room to get your thumb in to flip up the front sight. its about as far forward as you can get while still retaining the front sight, unless you keep yours flipped up and really move it up there

Sadly i am done with the clone-life for now, maybe when they settle on a block 3 it will look something like this
There is a huge chance that will be the exact rails they go with. MLOK/crossbolt.
I have to admit that this is what i am hoping for, that way i will be ahead of the clone game once the g-rails are officially issued by socom and their civilian price skyrockets and availability is almost non-existant.
Btw they are fantastic rails, super easy to install and available at a decent price.
Any news regarding the "4 prongs"
