I just made up a rumor that they aren't shipping folders until they sell all the fixed stock rifles. :stirthepot2::nest:

JK, I hope you all get your rifles soon.

I'll try to do some more shooting tomorrow, I expect (hope) my groups will shrink now that I've bubba'd my rear sight.

Three of my past dealings with TI have all had some issue or another that has dragged on and on so this saga is becoming quite familiar. My take on TI is that it's a small operation with a steep learning curve ahead of them but it is, unfortunately, projecting itself to be much larger and experienced player - hence the heartache felt by it's customers as there is a disconnect between the marketing and reality. Too bad, as this episode will result in them losing repeat customers rather than capitalize on the opportunity to be an established niche player that has unique items. A little bit of planning and effort on their part would have gone a long way in improving the overall experience. The transaction amount is irrelevant, as that is a one time event and soon forgotten, but the purchasing experience is what sustains and builds your customer base.

So, keep your expectations low and in line with what one would expect from a small online shop that is just starting out with all it's teething pains. At the rate they are shipping, I suspect they have another 1-2 weeks of activity left to ship the balance of the rifles out. I've waited this long, might as well wait a bit longer now to get this over with.

TI are the folding stock versions in Canada?Did they come in this order? Are you stripping out the cleaning kits? These questions are for TI only.Dave

I notice that everytime someone asks questions the guard dogs show up and bury posts with BS and angry comments.Same questions TI.please respond thank you.

wolverine supplies sold a few hundred cz 858s in an hour or 2 AND had them all shipped that week so what's the problem here? are the folders even in Canada? and are you stripping the cleaning kits? if you are the extra $20.00 or whatever you will charge for the kits will cost you tenfold in future business

Since when were people receiving these without cleaning kits?

Basically I believe $199 per unit was about right. One of the consideration behind the design of t81 was the mass production at low cost which should be very important during war time. This was what Russian and Chinese used to believe.

Huh. And yet when I posted about TI's $200 USD FOB Port price for the T81 in another thread, I was called a liar (and worse) by the likes of Claven2. Funny, I don't see him anywhere in this thread eating the Crow that he so richly deserves....
