That's pretty cool and looks good, actually. My Chinese one ended up in a plastic stock too (ATI Dragunov style, lol). It's the only one I "sacrificed" to perform such a sacrilege though. The Russian ones are all original and untouched, like the communist God intended them to be!

Ok, I'll bite. Albanian SKS's, although much rarer than the Russian, Chinese and Yugo ones, are reputed to be of a lesser build quality and generally come in a pretty beat up condition (the Albanians really got some mileage out of them, it seems). Never had one, so can only quote those who did and wrote about it on forums in the past.
P.S. The only pic that shows in your post is a barrel with a gas rod, as well as some import markings out of focus... import markings for a Chinese M56.
EDIT: Never mind, I misread your post... you said it's a Chinese unit from Albanian service. Looks like they got all kinds of mileage out of that one too. Pretty neat history behind it, I bet....

That's why I posted the import mark-- US collectors identify this particular stamp with the the recent Albanian cache.
