I don't think you can directly compare those two rifles, one is multi caliber switch barrel and the other is not and are in completely different price leagues. If you're planning on hunting, I hope you don't lug them around too far!
The PGW can be directly compared with the other high end factory offerings like the Cadex Patriot-Lite or an AX 338 (not AXMC.) I have owned a Timberwolf and now own a Cadex 338.
The DTA is more comparable to the AXMC or a Cadex Kraken. I haven't used either, but I lust after an AXMC (but can't justify the price premium.) Do the math - Unless you're planning on running three calibers the multi barrel rifles may not be worth the price.
They are all great rifles and will hold their value. If you get a PGW, expect to replace the muzzle brake with something more efficient.
