Forget the class action lawsuit. It will take years and everyone will have unregistered prohibs that are safe queens in the mean time. Rather than 1 million people and 1 class action suit, we need one million people filing a s74 review hearing. The immediate back log would be a far more powerful play, basically like puttimg the whole justice system on strike.

A classic action suit the government can lawyer up and drag on for years. In mere days of judicial gridlock the government will have to choose between gun owners and suspected murderers and rapists. Canadians may not care about fun ownership, but they will care about a petty witch hunt that sees actual criminals go free.

It would be needed because the government will not offer it up front. Franchi owners were only offered money because there werent more than a handful of them. Way too many semis in circulation for the government to offer fair market value for them.

No, Franchi owners were offered nothing, one guy faught for it and won, others could then also get compensation if they asked. Funny thing is there is a few ex owners out there that never asked so didn't get paid/still claim nobody got

Case law exists, it sets precidence

Okay...let's give you the benefit of the doubt, and accept that you are not merely an attention whore and/or a troll. Let's assume that you really think you are doing something worthwhile with all these redundant idiotic threads.

If you put 10% of this effort into merely btt'ing existing threads, and the remaining 90% writing to elected officials, you might actually achieve something without infuriating those of us who are completely fed up with your BS antics.

Picked up one of those NEA lowers. Didn't even want to get into restricted rifles. I figure strength in numbers though. Will be a fun project.
