M10x Unboxing

My issue.... $2k should not leave me sorting out teething problems.

My thoughts on the subject. Do you have any surplus you were willing to run through the gun to see if it works any better?
Tell that to the BCL102 owners........

Comparing any new product to a nea/bcl is setting the bar pretty damn low. I hope you don't expect this to perform that badly. Any idea of when you can give us a range report?

I agree with what others have said here....the rifle needs another run. 80rds is not enough to make a judgement yet. Try all the other mags, and use a variety of ammo. I had some teething issues with ONE case of x39 ammo, and it also made my 5 other x39 rifles FTF at a 40% rate. I would have parted with some fine rifles if I used that case of ammo as a indicator of whether or not to keep those rifles. Sooooo….take the good advice of others and try give it a real good day at the range to see mag/ammo or the actual rifle that is causing the issues. Good luck!

An Ak/Sig 55x hybrid that needs a break in? You used brass cased S&B to boot?
Sounds to me like it’s all show and very little go. Perhaps M+M’s tolerances are NEA’d?
If I was in your boots I’d run it dry and do mag dump after mag dump for a few hundred rounds and see then how or where it is wearing.

Yah I say run it hard and see how she does

Well... just back from the range again

Tried 3 more types of ammo. Federal, Winchester white box and Fusion. So including the S&B thats 4 now. The most accurate was the Winchester, the worst was Fusion and almost tied with S&B.

The good news was I brought 5 other mags and they all worked perfectly. The bad news is the accuracy is worse than my SKS and similar to my Type 81.

So up for sale she is again!

Well Paul, you gave it a chance.
I don't think anyone expected MOA but sub SKS would have been nice.

I wonder if these barrels need some time to "break in" and get seasoned?

Oh so it did run perfectly with different mags. So not really a rifle issues so much as a magazine issue.

Very good to know.

Yup, functioned fine, patterned like a shotgun lol

I didn't even know there were so many different variations of commercial 7.62x39 haha. Anyone have data on surplus ammo?

Sounds like a mag issue, but if you aren't feeling it that's fair. But if you don't think that's worth 2k boy do I have bad news when it comes to the BCL 102 you seem to be considering.
