You'd be damned sick of it, but I think it's the healthiest stuff to eat long term. It also is very filling when the water hits it. When I go out I take a really big bag if the stuff and it's my go-to food.
also halvah is a good one, if it was good enough for the roman legionaires then it's good enough for me.
