P & J sandwiches on wholewheat actually sounds like a good idea. Carbs, protein and some jammy goodness. This one meal all week thing would probably not be the best thing for you. :p

Gorp!! I load it up with everything yummy.

Dried fruit-including papaya etc,
unsalted almonds and pecans
many many chunks of callebaut chocolate (dark and milk) also helps with caffeine withdrawl
jujubs, gummies etc.
bridge mixture
jerky pieces
pretzels

You'd be damned sick of it, but I think it's the healthiest stuff to eat long term. It also is very filling when the water hits it. When I go out I take a really big bag if the stuff and it's my go-to food.

also halvah is a good one, if it was good enough for the roman legionaires then it's good enough for me.
