Hey guys, I don't post very often, but could really use some help here. Got a good deal on a Gen 2, all seemed well, until noticed the right side of the chamber had a chamfer in it
Every T97 I have seen has had that chamfer.
Keep in mind also that the chamfered area is right where the web of the case is and the brass is very thick there. Most reloading manuals have a picture of a cross sectioned case in them in the front section, so you can see what I mean.

perhaps not a question to be asked here, but is there a reason why other semi-automatic rifles chambered in .223 are so much more expensive than Norinco T97?
