Thanks guys, it is getting a little bit away here. I may get the form 6 and bring it to the US and have repairs done there.
Hey, you never know, you might get lucky

Because of all the horror stories from myself and others regarding this. Waiting for months, contacting them and finding they forgot to order the parts, months later you contact them again and they can't find your work order....etc etc. it's painful. Then get talked to as if you are just an inconvenience.
I'm sure if you are just ordering something they have in stock, like a new stock or something it's just like any other retail transaction, but service is a different matter.
None were warranty issues... never had the need with Ruger.
I've used them twice and haven't had an issue so was just curious why people are bad mouthing them on this forum.

I'm 71 years old and they are the only people to call me a liar. The Ruger product is however fine.
Am I the only one that had a good experience with them? They repaired my firearm and took about 3 weeks door to door.
I've only bought parts from them, at the minimum they were OK, very good at the top. Decent advice and customer service. This is Canada, keep your expectations realistic.
It's possible that half of the time Snapshots is able to satisfy warranty claim or customers in a timely fashion.... it's the other half when the wheels fall and their ineptitude shines brightly.
