Murray Charlton closing new warranty centre is Grech outdoors

I believe that this is what you are looking for....

Briliiant! There will be many bis-cu-its for you in heaven.
O ye who are greatly afflicted, start your printers.

It will be interesting to see what, if any, response anyone gets from whomever on that list receives a written letter of complaint. I doubt any of 'em has ever had to deal with a disgruntled customer.

ps to RePete- love the Latin in your sig line :)

I've been to the shop and had a look and a talk with the owner... He had mentioned that he had a lot of repair work on the go. He may have mentioned that he was looking for extra help in the repair department. Not a large shop, but we did buy some ammo there. I'd probably go back there sometime but I wouldn't be too inclined to have work done due to the apparent backlog.

Going against the strong and prevailing opinions here but I've dealt with Grech and was very happy with their service. It also helped that my buddy (who lives close by) took them my damaged 930 personally. They repaired it on the spot and even test-fired it, total turnaround was an hour.

I sent a Mossberg Plinkster with a magazine issue and cartridge feed problem to Gretch. They test fired it and sent it back unfixed -said it worked fine. Not impressed. I am out the shipping and still have broken Plinkster.

Do what I ended up doing, go over their heads and deal directly with Mossberg.

Also Wortners is a Mossberg warranty center. Ask for Peter.

I will refuse to buy any make of firearms serviced at Grech, they have burned themselves on my S&W Model 19 4.25.

Poor service is never winner in my book:mad:
