The model 7 I have has 2 holes on the rear bridge, if that's the right term, about 0.500" spacing. The 700 has a rear spacing 0.800" approx. The bases are no where near similar. Maybe you can run the xs sight with 1 screw? I did email them in January but no answer yet

I have had lots of M7 s and M600 Rems rear bridge drilled to 2 screw holes - Any Component ? Gunsmith can do it ! RJ

IIRC ........ The two hole/rear bridge is a later factory spec on the Model Sevens, so to add one hole is hardly a bubba alteration.
Yer right, my bad fer not owning one.
Here's a pic of the late Model 7 hole spacing.

Not happening.
Whats not Happening Rob ? RJ
Not drilling holes in a brand new Remington Custom Shop Model 7 Mannlicher.
There are several scope bases available for the original three hole set up.
I sold the Remington "Mannlicher"...for no other reason than it was a Remington. I just couldn't warm up to that action.
Skinner sight looks good for me. Is it available in Canada anywhere? Thanks
