Well you havn't heard of it so it must not exist....except for a large percentage of sporting clays shooters. Consrvatively I can honestly say I have probably shot well over 1000 thread rounds shooting the close ones in vlays. Fudds have never earned my respect. Also you would think the organizations and gun sales businesses perpetrating this nonsense would know the definition of shotgun bore diameter. This is like saying a target crowned .22-250 is not .22 caliber because it tapers out at the muzzle. They need a lawyer with a brain to advise them.

Blair's "Intent" has nothing to do with what's prescribed in the order in council.

The only thing that matters is the letter of the law and it clearly states that any firearm with a bore diameter 20mm and larger is a prohibited device.

The process is that it is decided by the judge in your trial.

The bore is < 20mm, except the last couple of inches. This seems like an unnecessary exaggeration?

M1 carbine is a couple inches short, so why restricted?

I wonder if the LPC even knows that the muzzle energy is also dependent on barrel length you're shooting a given cartridge out of.
Just cut down all those .460 Weatherby rifles down a few inches and you're good to go!
